XGrid for the masses

Are you lusting after a personal Xgrid rig of your own but can't afford the bright, shiny array of Xservers or PowerMac's it would take to build one? Get ready to blow the dust off of the old computers in your closet because the Xgrid agent for Java is quickly moving towards a stable release. Now that dusty SGI Octane and that beastly DEC Alpha collecting dust in the back room can return to their former glory as soldiers in your patchwork Xgrid army. How far away are we from the Amiga cluster running linux and the Xgrid agent for Java?
