Hi all,

I would like to start using Xgrid. I set everything up very well. Machines are running and show up nicely in the Admin window. My general problem is the job submission. Basically, I am using a Java program for image analysis. That software contains java-based plugins which process the images. Is there a way to submit jobs running these plugins? In particular I am talking about ImageJ/Fiji. Did anybody used it with Xgrid so far? The plugins are available as extra *.jar files. have no glue how I can handle this. It should be possible to write an extra Java program which handles the plugin externally and submit this to xgrid.

Any hints/ideas?
