Using X-Grid with Gamess- Instructions?

Hi all,
This is my first post to MacResearch, so I hope I'm doing this correctly. I'd like some help with the computational chemistry package Gamess and Xgrid. Unfortunately, I need step by step (or the closest thing to that) instructions to set it up. I'm fairly OSX and Unix competent, but still a little shaky with some things.
Has anyone tried to get Gamess to work using Xgrid? If so, how? I'd also be interested in collaborating with someone to get this to work!
Any help you have to offer would be greatly appreciated.
