Software to calculate chemical speciation and equilibrium diagrams

Dear MacResearchers,
Does anyone know/use any package/code to calculate chemical speciation in aqueous systems???? I am looking for a package and thermodinamic database to spaciate hydrothermal solutions up to 250ºC for both diluted and high ionic strength fluids. Also, I would like to draw equilibrium diagrams with the results. Any suggestion???
