Running Window's Sci Application on XP64 vs Vista64 with VMware

Hi all,

I'd like to run some Window's Sci application (e.g. Sigmaplot 10) by using VMware + XP64 or Vista64. Which one is better in terms of stability and speed ? Any comments will be appreciated.
