Mac Oriented Physics Departments

Hello All
I am currently putting together a list of graduate programs in physics, and I would like to know if anyone can suggest some universities which have very Mac oriented physics graduate programs, in particular, programs which do research in computational physics / biophysics or complex systems research.
Geographically, I am looking in the northern United States or Canada, but I am willing to look elsewhere.
