Log book software

Hi everyone,

I'm terribly bad at keeping a physical log book for my research, mostly because it would require spending a lot of time to print out figures, or simply to copy a lot of information from the screen to paper. I've recently tried a few programs such as journler and yojimbo to try and keep a 'virtual' log book, and I find it much easier to keep it up to date. However, I was wondering if anyone uses any other programs (freeware if possible), as I'm not completely happy with those I've tried so far.

Thanks!

Howdy,
There is a similar discussion thread at http://www.macresearch.org/electronic_lab_notebook . You might want to check it out. I've had some positive experiences with wiki software.
