This is what most of the chemist wants to have and especially a person who is new to mac (moving from windows to mac) worries a lot that he can't edit chemdraw figures anymore located MS word or other text editor.
It'll be great if apple can bring this round trip.
Most of my windows colleagues rise the same question "can you get/edit your chemdraw figures either in word or power point"
It's an essential must for anyone who earns a living from creating chemical presentations, scientific papers or books. The absence of round trip editing is absolutely disruptive to our workflow. The current dissatisfactory situation is the main reason why some of us (scientists and educators) keep a Leopard/Office 2004 configuration. It is also a major disappointment for "switchers".
To make things worse MathType seems to be affected aswell.
If I get this right, the problem is that data you paste into an application can't be copied out and edited as the original data, right? This has been a problem for ages with vector graphics, but I never heard a name for the problem.
