Account Problem ? (Where or who should I ask?)

Hi everyone,
I registered myself some months ago, and some days ago I tried to enter login, and my password does not work. and when I try to do the "request new Password" stuff I don't receive any mail.
Is there any email or link I should ask about this.
I just created a new account to do this, but I would like to use my first account username (nacho4d)

Hi,

It looks like your old account is still active and enabled. The email you registered with is a hotmail account however. Did you check that account?
